Regina R. McGregor

Regina R. McGregor is currently the VP of Corporate Services & General Counsel at J.C. Cannistraro, LLC. Prior to this, they were the Assistant General Counsel at The Community Builders, Inc. from October 2012 to January 2017. In this role, they provided legal and compliance advice for the company’s $78.6 and $30 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2) and Choice Grants, and created policy documents for the Choice Grant. Regina also provided legal advice for the company’s lending portfolio and general corporate representation, such as drafting corporate votes and entity formation. Additionally, they managed and handled litigation and worked with outside counsel on insured and non-insured litigation, and other matters as required.

Before working at The Community Builders, Inc., Regina worked at J.C. Cannistraro, LLC as their previous Assistant General Counsel. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing, structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements for services, telecommunications providers, construction, third-party development, architects, engineers, financing, property management, confidentiality and other property and transaction related matters. Regina also reviewed requests for proposals (RFPs), advised on legal risks and requirements contained therein, and prepared necessary responsive documents for inclusion in TCB’s proposal. Furthermore, they analyzed, structured, drafted and negotiated acquisitions, dispositions, financings involving Low Income Housing and Theirtoric Tax Credits, New Markets Tax

Regina McGregor has a MBA from Boston College - Carroll School of Management, a JD from Boston College Law School, and a BA in Political Science from Brooklyn College. Regina is certified by SHRM as a SHRM-CP, by the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. as a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist, and by the Massachusetts and New York State Bar Associations as a member of the bar in each state.

Regina R. McGregor reports to David G. Cannistraro, CEO. They are on a team with Dean Allaire - VP of Construction, Joseph C. Cannistraro - CFO, and John C. Cannistraro, Jr. - President.
