Mark T. Ford

Mark T. Ford's work experience includes being the Chief Scientist and Laboratory Manager at J.C. Steele & Sons, Inc. since October 2020. Mark T. also worked as a Consultant at Cogito Geologic starting in 2012. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Professor of Geology at Texas A&M University-Kingsville from August 2013 to May 2019. Mark T. holds a PhD in Geology from Oregon State University, where they were a PhD student from 2005 to 2012.

Mark T. Ford holds a Ph.D. in Geology from Oregon State University, which they completed in 2012. Mark T. also obtained a Master of Science degree in Geology with a minor in environmental geoscience from Idaho State University in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Geology, with honors, from Alfred University between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, Mark T. Ford received certification as a Certified Interpretative Guide (CIG) from the National Association for Interpretation in 2011.
