Bruce Jones serves as the Sr Director of DevOps at J.Crew since December 2022, focusing on enhancing the availability and reliability of e-commerce platforms. Previously, Bruce worked as a Principal Solutions Architect at CareOregon, advising on cloud-based solutions and migration strategies. With extensive experience in digital transformation, Bruce held pivotal roles at Red Hat, including Hybrid Cloud Strategist and Business Development Manager, where major partnerships were established. Bruce's career spans over two decades in various IT roles, including Senior Group Manager at Target during critical IT crises, and Director of Online Solutions Development at Bright House Networks, showcasing a comprehensive background in technology and leadership. Bruce holds a TEC Degree in Electronic Engineering from RAF Cosford and attended St Peter's School York.
