Diana Lastella

Diana Lastella is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in overseeing HR functions within retail environments. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Store Divisions and Customer Contact Centers and Distribution Centers at J.Crew since May 2008, Diana has been instrumental in managing HR generalist and recruiting functions across various store channels. Previously, Diana held several key positions at J.Crew from 1997 to 2008, including Vice President of HR for Stores and Director of HR. Diana's career also includes significant experience at The Limited from 1983 to 1997, where roles encompassed District Manager and various managerial positions in organizational development and training. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Monmouth University, earned between 1980 and 1983.
