Jon Gay

Jon Gay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Business Development Officer at J D Factors since April 2022, Jon specializes in cash flow solutions for startup and small to medium-sized businesses across various industries including trucking and telecommunication. As the owner of inMotion Dispatch from 2018 to December 2023, Jon guided independent truck owners and operators by providing logistical support and financing options. Previous roles include Senior Business Development Consultant at Steelhead Finance, where cash flow solutions were primarily focused on the transportation sector, and an agent aspirant at State Farm, with licenses in property, casualty, health, and life insurance.
