Director, Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion at Gladstone Institutes

Linh Huynh has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Currently, Linh serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Gladstone Institutes. In this role, they focus on promoting inclusivity within the organization.

Prior to this, Linh worked at the University of Michigan in multiple roles. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Assistant Director of the Office of New Student Programs, where they oversaw the operations of two mentorship programs. They also served as a Wellness Coach from 2017 to 2019, providing support to students in setting and achieving wellness goals. In 2014, Linh served as an NODA Intern at James Madison University, working in the Orientation Office to assist with new student orientation programs.

Lastly, Linh has experience at UC Santa Barbara, where they worked as a Lab Coordinator/Research Assistant. They assisted in research on discrimination experiences, diversity perception, and child development. Additionally, they were a Lead Student Mentor/Frosh & Transfer Student Mentor for the Educational Opportunity Program from 2010 to 2013.

Linh Huynh has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan.
