Tiffany Guelig-Weber has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and purchasing. Tiffany started their career as a Purchasing Co-op at Mercury Marine in 2008. Tiffany later joined Oshkosh Corporation - Defense as a Purchasing Intern in 2009 before becoming a Buyer in 2010. Tiffany then moved to Oshkosh Defense in 2011, where they held various roles including Senior Buyer, Commodity Manager, and Segment Commodity Manager. In 2016, they joined Ahern as a Purchasing Manager and was later promoted to Director of Supply Chain in August 2022. Prior to their civilian career, Tiffany served as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army from 2002 to 2022, retiring with the rank of Logistics Officer.
Tiffany Guelig-Weber began their education by attending Edgewood College in the year 2002. However, it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued during their time there. Tiffany later attended the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac from 2003 to 2005, earning an Associate of Arts and Science degree. Finally, they graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2005 to 2009 with a B.B.A. degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
