Janelle Pogodzinski Phr, Shrm-Cp

Janelle Pogodzinski has extensive experience in human resources, holding various roles throughout their career. Janelle currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at J.F. Brennan Company, Inc. since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Ashley Furniture Industries as the Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2020 and as the Director, Human Resources-ADS from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they were employed at Reinhart Foodservice, where they served as the Area Human Resources Manager from 2011 to 2014 and as the Claims Administrator from 2006 to 2011. Janelle began their HR career at Mathy Construction Co. as an HR Analyst from 2002 to 2006. Their experience includes responsibilities such as developing and executing HR plans, evaluating and mentoring individuals, conducting ethics investigations, managing employee benefits and training programs, and participating in negotiations and trials.

Janelle Pogodzinski, PHR, SHRM-CP, MBA, completed their education in two stages. Janelle first attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Ethical Leadership at Viterbo University.

Janelle also holds the certifications of PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional). These certifications were obtained from the HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), respectively.
