Tina Shade

Tina Shade is responsible for human resources, recruiting, security, IT, facilities, and administration. She also provides company-wide executive duties supporting the Office of the President. Tina has been with J.F. Taylor since 1999. Initially, she served as Recruitment Manager. Over the years, her responsibilities have grown to include leadership roles in most Business Office operations. Tina has been a crucial factor in developing the processes in the evolution from 100 employees and one facility to over 500 employees and 10 facilities.
