Dave DeFeo

Dave DeFeo is the CEO of J.Hilburn. Dave was previously the CEO and COO of The Worth Collection, a luxury clothing company. Dave was originally hired as the COO to follow one of two Founders as the P&L business leader. Dave worked with the remaining founder to grow profitability and create a vision for the company. Dave led profit and operational improvement initiatives focused on sales and EBITDA growth, cost reductions, technology upgrades, marketing, and rebranding. In 2008, L Catterton invested in The Worth Collection and promoted DeFeo to CEO. Dave grew the business and EBITDA significantly, culminating in a successful sale of the company to a private equity firm in 2016.

Dave DeFeo's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science with honors from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
