Simon Preston

Simon Preston has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Simon started their career as an Audit Trainee - Senior at Grant Thornton LLP in 2002. In 2005, they joined The Denholm Group as a Group Internal Auditor and worked their way up to Group Project Accountant, Group Financial Controller, and eventually Group Finance Director. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Chief Financial Officer before being appointed as the Chief Operating Officer.

Simon Preston attended the University of Strathclyde from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and Finance. Following this, from 2002 to 2005, Simon enrolled at ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs, where they pursued a degree in Chartered Accountant.
