Bob Thies

Bob Thies has a strong background in operations and logistics. Bob most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at J.J. Taylor Companies, Inc. starting in August 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Dedicated Logistics, Inc. where they held various roles including Director of Fleet Operations and Regional Operations Manager. In these roles, they implemented standardized compliance systems, improved employee retention, coordinated successful start-ups of new locations, and implemented standardization across the network. Before joining Dedicated Logistics, Inc., Bob worked as a Terminal Manager at Lakeville Motor Express, where they developed a strategic plan, reduced employee turnover, and improved local service.
