Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown has extensive experience in accounting and finance roles. In 1991, they started their career at LSI Industries Inc as a General Accounting Manager, where they worked until 1998. From 2003 to 2004, they served as the US Controller at Barnes Distribution. Jeff then joined Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust in 2004, where they held the positions of Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Phillips Edison & Company as the Chief Accounting Officer. In 2014, Jeff joined Equity Commonwealth as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and they were in this role until 2022. Currently, they are working at J. Jeffers & Co. as the Chief Accounting Officer.

Jeff Brown obtained a BBA in Finance from Eastern Kentucky University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued their MBA at Xavier University from 1989 to 1991, specializing in MBA.
