Andleeb Jain

Dr. Andleeb Jain currently serves as Group President and Chief People Officer at JKCement since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles at ISOLUX CORSAN from March 2013 to June 2017, where Dr. Jain held various leadership positions in HR, Admin, IT, and QHSE for Indian operations. Prior to that, Dr. Jain was Vice President of HR at Lanco Power Limited, and Head of HR at Isolux Corsan Engineering & Construction India Pvt Ltd, with additional experience as Vice President of HR at Sembawang Infrastructure India. Earlier career highlights include roles at GMR Group, Confederation of Indian Industry, Rallis India Ltd, and Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals Limited. Dr. Jain holds a Professional Doctorate in Human Resources Management from European International University and has completed executive programs at Cambridge Judge Business School and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with a BE in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University.
