Sweta Jain Singh

Sweta Jain Singh has a comprehensive background in human resources and talent acquisition. Sweta started their career as a Senior Consultant at Stellar Search in 2004, handling recruitment for middle and senior levels across various industries. Sweta then moved on to roles at QAI and Dalmia Bharat Limited, where they held positions such as Assistant Manager in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Lead. Sweta went on to work at Dalmia Bharat Group as Head of Talent Acquisition and Business HR, implementing policies and managing acquisitions. Currently, they serve as the Head of Talent Acquisition at JKCement, overseeing all talent acquisition processes and managing key stakeholders.

Sweta Jain Singh completed their MBA in HR from Delhi University in 2004. During the same years, they also pursued a PGDGBO in International Management with a specialization in HR from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
