Vaibhav Vandhav

Vaibhav Vandhav has extensive experience in strategy and business excellence roles, having worked at various companies in the cement industry. Vaibhav held positions such as Head of GTM Strategy at JKCement, Additional General Manager at Shree Cement Ltd., and Senior Manager at Dalmia Bharat Group. Vaibhav also founded an online grocery store before transitioning to the cement industry. Their career highlights include leading market strategies, driving cross-functional teams, and performing financial analysis for project feasibility.

Vaibhav Vandhav completed their BCA degree in Computer Science from A N College, Patna in 2004-2007. Vaibhav then pursued a PGDM-MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (2009-2010) and IIBM, Patna (2010-2012). In 2020, Vaibhav received certifications in various business-related courses from LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2021-2022, they completed a PCPBM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Additionally, Vaibhav also participated in a Manage Mentor Program focusing on Business Ethics from Harvard Business School in 2009-2010 and obtained a COVID-19 Awareness Training certification from NALANDA in 2020.
