Doug Srofe

Doug Srofe has extensive experience in IT management and development. Doug is currently working at Knipper Health as the Director of Solutions Development at Eagle Pharmacy. In this role, they are responsible for creating and executing plans for Azure adoption, establishing budgets and processes for monitoring and reducing Azure spend, and fostering a generative and high-trust culture. Prior to their current position, they served as the CIO/CTO at Eagle Pharmacy, where they achieved increased efficiencies and automation without an increase in IT staff. Doug also worked as the Director of IT, managing and organizing the IT department and overseeing the migration to the Azure IaaS platform. Before joining Eagle Pharmacy, Doug was the Director of Applications Development at Bunch CareSolutions and a Development Manager. Doug introduced design concepts to the development team and played multiple roles in IT management, applications architecture, and lead applications design. Doug also owned and operated a home improvements company called Andy OnCall, where they grew the company to annual sales of over $430,000. Doug started their career as a Software Engineer at Actsoft and worked as an IT Consultant at Nielsen, where they developed software and designed web service interfaces.

Doug Srofe attended the University of Kentucky from 1972 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
