Kerrin Malatesta

Kerrin Malatesta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kerrin began their career at Phillips Van Heusen as a Generalist/Sr. HR Recruiter in 1992 and stayed with the company until 1998. Kerrin then joined NUI Corporation as a Human Resources Manager from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, they became a Consultant at KM Associates until 2008 when they transitioned to the role of HR Manager at World Wide Metric until 2013. Kerrin then served as the Manager of Training & Development at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. from 2014 to 2015 before joining Knipper Health. At Knipper Health, they held various positions including Director of Human Resources from 2015 to 2017, Senior Director of Talent Management from 2017 to 2021, and currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Organizational & Talent Development.

Kerrin Malatesta attended the University of Maryland from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Kerrin also holds a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute.
