Fedra Galustian

Fedra Galustian, Psy.D. holds a doctoral degree in Organization Development from Alliant International University-Fresno, along with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. Currently serving as Vice President of Organizational Development at The Guitar Center Company since May 2019, Fedra has previously held positions as Director and Senior Manager in Organization Development within the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure at Symphony Talent as Senior Consultant for SkillCheck Assessment Solutions and roles at First Advantage and PSI Services LLC, where responsibilities included positions such as Associate Scientist and Manager of Solutions Engineering.
