Lavya Lakhia

Lavya Lakhia, MBA, is currently serving as a Leadership Development Associate at J. Lorber Company since June 2025. Prior to this role, Lavya held multiple positions within the Indian Culture and Language Club at Penn State from August 2020 to May 2025, including Advisor, President, and Vice President of Communications, focusing on organizing events with notable artists and fostering collaborations with campus and community entities. Additionally, Lavya contributed as Chairman of Events and held various supportive roles including Mathematics Grader, Orientation Leader, Tutor, Teaching Assistant, and Crew Leader at West Food Market. Lavya earned an MBA from Penn State University in May 2025 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2024.
