Clare McCarthy

Clare McCarthy is an experienced public health professional currently serving as an Associate and Regional Information Support Analyst at J&M Global Solutions LLC, contracted to the HHS/ASPR. Clare functions as a program manager for the Regional Information Officer program and has led a behavioral health recovery mission in response to the Maui Wildfires. Prior to this, Clare worked as a Senior Epidemiologist and COVID-19 Epidemiologist at the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health, where responsibilities included managing surveillance and epidemiological projects. Clare's background also includes a role as a Clinical Research Analyst at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, as well as internships focused on public health research and education at various organizations, including AMOS Health and Hope and the Louisiana Office of Public Health. Clare holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Spanish Literature from Tulane University.
