Brad Bromich has extensive experience in tax management and corporate finance. Brad has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Tax at J.M. Huber Corporation, Vice President Corporate Tax at Southwire, Vice President - Global Tax at ACN Global Holdings, Inc., and Tax Director at Volvo Financial Services, Inc. Brad has also worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Imerys, Inc., Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen, Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse, and Tax Senior at Grant Thornton LLP. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated expertise in complex tax structures, financial reporting, and compliance management.

Brad Bromich obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kansas State University between 1980 and 1985. Brad pursued a Law degree with a concentration in Business - Tax at the University of Mississippi School of Law from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, they completed a Master of Accountancy - Tax program at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) from 1990 to 1991.
