Josh Winkel

Josh Winkel has over 18 years of experience in quality, regulatory affairs, and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Innovation at J.M. Huber Corporation since May 2005. Previous roles at J.M. Huber include Senior Technical Manager for Regulated Products, Senior Technical & Quality Manager, Analytical Laboratory Manager, Senior Scientist in Analytical Chemistry, and Analytical Chemist. Josh Winkel also contributed as a Board Member for the American Red Cross from 2013 to August 2016 and worked as an R&D Scientist at the Baltimore Research and Education Foundation from 2002 to 2005. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics, as well as Inorganic Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry from Towson University.
