Sitara Shetty is an experienced transformation leader specializing in project management and agile methodologies within the technology and agritech sectors. Currently serving as the Head of PMO Transformation for YaraAgTech at Yara International, Sitara guides teams and stakeholders in executing transformative initiatives informed by a robust framework of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Prior roles include Delivery Lead and Senior Scrum Master at Yara, where Sitara focused on delivering digital capabilities to enhance agronomic practices globally. As a co-founder of Amigos, a platform for student accommodation engagement, Sitara promotes effective communication between resident management and students. Sitara's professional journey spans various roles, including Program Manager at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG and Product Manager at DBS Bank, along with foundational experience as a Business Analyst at Cognizant Softvision and United Health Group. Sitara holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from PES University.
