Director - Organizational Development And Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Huber

Lani Hall has extensive experience in organizational development, diversity, and inclusion. Lani is currently working as the Director of Organizational Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at J.M. Huber Corporation. Prior to this, Lani founded their own company, Lani Hall Consulting, where they provided diversity and inclusion consulting, coaching, and training services to various companies.

Before starting their consulting business, Lani held leadership roles at GE Energy Connections and GE Aviation, where they drove the strategy and implementation of global diversity and inclusion initiatives. Lani also had responsibilities in talent management, community engagement, and early career talent programs. At GE Capital, Lani served as the Site Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations for Home Depot Credit Services and successfully managing talent acquisition and retention in a competitive market.

Throughout their career, Lani has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and talent management within organizations.

Lani Hall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism from Howard University. Lani has additional certifications in Coaching, Six Sigma Greenbelt, Change Acceleration Process (CAP), Workout Facilitation, and is a GE Human Resource Leadership Program (HRLP) Grad. Lani also obtained a Certified Diversity Practitioner certification from the American Institute for Managing Diversity in 2011.
