Sam Cecala

A fifth-generation Huber family member, Sam Cecala joined the Huber Corporate Board of Directors in May 2019. Cecala has been involved with many facets of the Company, having previously served on Management Board of CP Kelco since 2015. Prior to this, he was a non-voting family director on the CP Kelco and Huber Boards. Cecala has also served on the Huber Family Office Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the Huber Family Council Board.

In addition to the Huber Board of Directors, Cecala sits on the Board of Directors of Inside Mortgage Finance Publications, a provider of business-to-business news and statistics to executives in the residential mortgage sector.

Cecala works in Product Management at Jellyfish, the pioneer Engineering Management Platform that enables engineering leaders to align engineering work with strategic business objectives.

Previously, he was Director of Product Management and User Experience at TrueMotion, where he led teams developing safe driving programs for five of the top ten US auto insurers and helped grow the product team from TrueMotion’s Series A round through its successful exit.

He has also held positions at Visible Measures, Juggle.com, Inside Mortgage Finance Publications and Imagine Television, where he worked on the television series Arrested Development, 24 and Friday Night Lights.

Cecala holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College.
