Phylis Stromile

Phylis Stromile is a Clinical Terminologist with more than 20+ years of laboratory experience. She holds degrees Associate of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (ASCP) and a Master of Science in Quality System Management. As a part of her master’s degree, she holds Six Sigma certifications as a green and black belt. Phylis’ career spans 20+ as a Medical Technologist generalist in Medical Laboratories. She then focused her career on clinical terminology and spent 15+ years as a Clinical terminologist with experience in LOINC, SNOMED, RXNorm and other mapping specialties. In 2005, Phylis contributed to the initial decentralization for the Veteran’s Affair laboratories to meet the EHR initiative.
