Jessica Williams

Jessica Williams is a skilled professional with extensive experience in policy, education, and research. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Associate at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), Jessica supports the Learning for All Initiative and authors publications that translate economic research for global policymakers. Previous roles include Strategy Analyst and Project Manager at Merlyn Mind, where Jessica worked on AI solutions for education, and as a Harvard Teacher Fellow at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, where Jessica focused on teaching mathematics and supporting English Language Learners. Jessica has held several analytical and research positions across various organizations, including Social Finance, Inc., and the Education Innovation Laboratory at Harvard. An alumnus of Harvard University and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Jessica holds degrees in Economics and Education.
