Jared M. Melville

Jared M. Melville is a seasoned policy professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Associate at the American Flood Coalition since October 2019, Melville works on initiatives addressing climate change impacts on communities. Melville also holds the position of Associate Executive Director at the American Model United Nations, where involvement includes facilitating high-quality simulations of the United Nations. Previous roles include Secretary-General at AMUN, Policy and Research Fellow at The Council of State Governments, and President of the North Dakota Student Association. Melville's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Political Science from North Dakota State University.
