Melanie Lingel began their work experience as an Office Administrator at Arnulf Betzold GmbH in July 1999 and held that role until December 2008. Melanie then transitioned to the role of Team Leader Offers in January 2009, before becoming the Team Leader Intercompany in September 2009. Their work at Arnulf Betzold GmbH concluded in September 2012. Following this, in October 2012, Melanie joined JRS / J. Rettenmaier & Söhne as the Inhouse Sales / Customer Service Lead, where they continue to work.

Melanie Lingel completed their education with a Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce (CCI) from the Chamber of Commerce / Bavaria from 2007 to 2009, with a focus on Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Office Administration from Arnulf Betzold GmbH from 1996 to 1999.
