Debra Kunce

Debra Kunce, FAIA, serves as Vice President at J.S. Held LLC since June 2021, overseeing the Indianapolis office with a focus on Project Support Services and Owner’s Representation services, and managing large-scale capital programs. Prior to this role, Debra was the Principal and Owner of CORE Planning Strategies LLC from December 2012 to June 2021, where the primary aim was to facilitate clients in achieving their ideal facilities through project management and advisory services. Debra held leadership positions within the AIA, including Vice President and Regional Director for the Ohio Valley, and has significant experience managing a $695 million Capital Improvements Program for Indianapolis Public Schools. Debra's architectural education was completed at Ball State University, earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
