Denisse Baez Rojas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Endpoint Operation Manager at J.S. Held LLC since June 2021, Denisse oversees the Endpoint lifecycle service operations and is dedicated to continuous improvement of operational and supplier processes. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at T-Systems México from 2009 to 2021, culminating in responsibilities as Front Office Team Leader and SAM/ITAM Process Owner, where Denisse managed international service desks, streamlined IT asset management processes, and drove project initiatives for multiple clients across the Americas. Denisse holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Tehuacán.
