Prakriti has represented & advised various Indian and overseas acquirers, Indian investee companies and promoters, investment funds in a variety of industry sectors including renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing industry, financial services etc.
Before joining JSA, she was associated with Desai & Diwanji.
