Rajeev focuses primarily on foreign investment, mergers, acquisition, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, restructuring and corporate commercial transactions. Rajeev has worked extensively in sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, information technology, education, health care, real estate. Rajeev is involved in structuring of transactions, due-diligences, drafting various agreements, negotiating and advice.
Rajeev has advised foreign companies on entry routes in India and incorporation/registration of legal entities in India.
Rajeev has also advised various real estate developed in entering to joint development agreements for developing residential, commercial and / or SEZ projects.
Rajeev has been practicing law since 2003. Before joining JSA, Prior to joining JSA, Rajeev worked at ARA Law, Dua Associates and Tatva Legal, Hyderabad. He was a partner with Tatva Legal, Hyderabad for over seven years.
