Amanuel Zelellow is a seasoned researcher in the field of pharmaceutical crystallization, currently serving as a Research Fellow I at the Center for Pharma Crystallization (CfPC) since December 2019. With a strong background in crystallization process development, Amanuel has held previous roles as Sr. Principal Scientist at J-Star Research, Inc., and Principal Scientist at Merck Sharp & Dohme, where significant contributions included physical form selection, polymorph screening, and regulatory filings. Amanuel's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Organic-Analytical Chemistry from Georgetown University, alongside an MSc in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Asmara University. Extensive experience also encompasses method development for uric acid crystal growth and industrial chemicals safety inspection.
