Jared Elmore

Jared Elmore is an accomplished construction management professional currently serving as the Director of Construction Management for the City of Tuscaloosa since May 2023. With a diverse background in project management, Jared has held positions as a Project Manager at J.T. Harrison Construction Co., Inc. since February 2022, and as a Senior Project Manager at Dewberry from June 2021 to February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Design Engineer and Project Manager at Edmonds Engineering, and various roles in design engineering at Barton and Associates and Robbins Engineering. Jared began a career in mechanical design in 1999 and has built substantial expertise over the years. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama, complemented by prior studies at Shelton State Community College.
