Samuel Mineer P.e.

Samuel Mineer, P.E., is a highly skilled civil and environmental engineer with extensive experience in municipal project design and implementation. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. since June 2016, Samuel has contributed to project design, bid document preparation, and construction observation. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, where significant contributions were made to the "Roadway Safety Analysis" methodology. Samuel holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University, with a focus on Transportation Engineering. Additional experience includes an internship at J-U-B Engineers, involvement in research teams, and coordination of various extracurricular activities.
