Paul Pereira has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Restaurant Manager at JA Resorts & Hotels since July 2021. Previous roles include Food and Beverage Supervisor and Outlet Sales Leader with InterContinental Hotels Group from April 2016 to July 2021, as well as a Food and Beverage Captain position at InterContinental Fujairah Resort for a brief period in 2020. Paul began a career in food and beverage as a Management Trainee at Resort Rio before progressing through various positions at IHG®. Academically, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from IHM Goa, completed in 2015, and received mentorship training from Harvard Mentor Management in 2021. Educational background includes St. Xavier's College and Holy Family High School.
