Abdullah Al Masum

Abdullah Al Masum is an emerging development professional. He has worked in NGOs, civil society and various market research organizations in Bangladesh, such as JAAGO Foundation and Datascape Research and Consultancy Ltd. His unique skill set includes coordination, program management, strategic planning and execution, and communication.

Currently, Mr. Masum serves as the Divisional Coordinator (Khulna) of the Youth Mobilization Team at JAAGO Foundation, a non-profit that focuses on providing quality education for underprivileged children and engaging youth in community development. He has a proven track record of effectively mobilizing over 50,000 youth leaders across Bangladesh for community interventions and implementing the SDGs through the organization's youth platform called Volunteer for Bangladesh. His areas of expertise include capacity building for youth in democracy and governance, mobilizing youth for climate action, and promoting women's empowerment.

Mr. Masum is studying a Master's degree in Development and Policy Studies from Khulna University. Also he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Western University, Bangladesh.

Mr. Masum has also volunteered as a volunteer with various organizations and is actively involved in volunteer initiatives such as Young Bangla. As a team leader or an independent worker, he performs well under pressure, can work independently, and is always willing to try new approaches in project planning and materials development.
