Shishir Biswas

Oversee the day-to-day operations of JAAGO Foundation's IT department and work closely with Management to ensure that all systems and technology are running smoothly and that the organization's needs are being met.

Plays a pivotal role in problem-solving and troubleshooting and may be called upon to assist with complex technical issues.

In addition to these responsibilities, I may also be involved in projects such as implementing updated software and hardware and developing IT policies and procedures. I will also be responsible for maintaining and updating documentation and ensuring it complies with organization standards and regulations.

To succeed in this role, I must maintain excellent leadership and management skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies.
