Mina Westby has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and communications industry. Mina began their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Professional for Nokia at Sitel. Mina then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Manager and Communication Champion for Philips at Sitel. In 2015, they were a Digital Content Manager at Specifier Magazine. In 2016, they took on the role of Research/Content Executive at ExpertsDirect. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure as a Digital Communications Specialist and Marketing Coordinator. Most recently, they have been the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager of Operations at Jaaims.

Mina Westby has a diverse educational background. Mina obtained a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Sydney in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in English Literature with Creative Writing from Kingston University between 2010 and 2013. Mina also obtained a Studiekompetanse in English Literature, Philosophy and Media and Communication from Hønefoss in 2008-2010.
