Simon Jay

Simon Jay is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and mental health sectors, currently serving as the Head of Commercial at JAAQ since April 2024. Previously, Simon held significant roles at Thriva, where Simon was both Commercial Director and Director of Strategic Partnerships from April 2023 to March 2024, and at Tellmi as Commercial Director from August 2022 to February 2023, contributing to innovative mental health solutions. From December 2015 to June 2022, Simon was the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Director at Thrive: Mental Wellbeing, focusing on NHS-approved mental health applications. Simon’s experience also includes a tenure as a Lived Experience Mental Health Consultant at C&I Wellbeing and the establishment of Principle Careers Ltd as Founder & Managing Director, aimed at ethical mental healthcare recruitment. Educated with an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management, Simon's career is marked by a commitment to improving mental health services and support.
