Dan Lynch

Dan Lynch is a seasoned executive in total rewards and compensation management, currently serving as Vice President Total Rewards at Jabil since July 2015. Prior to this role, Lynch held similar positions at Owens Corning and Pulte Homes, where experience in developing reward strategies and enhancing shareholder value was gained. Earlier career highlights include serving as Executive Compensation Consultant at Towers Perrin, advising on incentive plans and compliance, and holding senior roles at Arthur Andersen, Mercer, and Hay Group. Lynch earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1989.
