Kozitte Kaun

Kozitte Kaun has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies. From October 2018 to May 2021, Kozitte served as HR Director for the Americas and as Sr. Global Human Resources Business Partner at Jabil. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Bausch + Lomb, Sr. Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Representative at Johnson Controls, Human Resources Supervisor at Sunstar Paramedics, and HR/HRIS Specialist at The College of St. Scholastica. Kozitte holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Capella University, obtained between January 2015 and December 2017, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, completed between January 2011 and December 2015.
