JJ Creadon was named Senior Vice President, Global Operations, in March 2022. An accomplished leader in the high-tech global manufacturing services industry, Mr. Creadon is responsible for the operational performance of [Jabil](/org/jabil)'s 200,000-plus employees in 100 sites across 30 countries. In addition to operations, he drives [Jabil](/org/jabil)’s commitments to exceptional execution; quality and Lean disciplines; strong EHS standards; and development of cutting-edge factory of the future initiatives. Prior to this role, Mr. Creadon served as Senior Vice President, Global EMS Operations since March 2019, overseeing the operations, P&L management, organizational and strategic improvements of the 42 sites within [Jabil](/org/jabil)’s EMS division. Mr. Creadon first joined [Jabil](/org/jabil) in 1995 and has held roles of increasing leadership, including Vice President, Global Business Operations; Vice President, Global Business Units; and Senior Vice President, Global Business Units. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the [University of Phoenix](/org/university-of-phoenix-inc) and an MBA from the [University of Florida](/org/university-of-florida)’s Warrington School of Business.

Kathleen Walters was appointed as a director of [Jabil](/org/jabil) in October 2019. Ms. Walters was an executive at Georgia-Pacific Corp (“GP”) from 2004 until her retirement in June 2019, serving her last 12 years as the executive vice president and group president, leading the consumer products group. She also served three years as president of the North American Commercial Business for GP. Before joining GP, Ms. Walters served as president and chief executive officer of Sappi Fine Paper North America. Prior to that, she held several key leadership positions in Europe and the United States for Kimberly‐Clark Corporation and Scott Paper Company. Ms. Walters is chairman of the Board of Trustees for [Syracuse University](/org/syracuse-university) and a member of the Board’s executive committee. She also is a member of the Boards of the Georgia Aquarium and the World Affairs Council of Atlanta. Ms. Walters also previously served as a director of [Jabil](/org/jabil) from 2005 through 2010. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from [Syracuse University](/org/syracuse-university), as well as a Master of Business Administration in finance and strategic planning from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School.

LaShawne Meriwether was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in September 2022. She has served as Senior Vice President for Human Resources since May 2022.

LaShawne joined Jabil in May of 2019 and was responsible for all areas of HR for the Packaging Division. She later assumed additional duties and responsibilities to support the Americas JGP entities, including Global Procurement, MTI and Blue Sky.
 
She has also served as Vice President of Talent Development, Community and Diversity. In that role, LaShawne led Jabil’s enterprise Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy; worked closely with the DEI Council; and oversaw the development of DEI learnings and new hiring processes.
 
LaShawne has more than 25 years of HR experience with global companies including NCR, Tyco, Timberland and Exterran. She is a graduate of Wright State University and holds a BS in Math.

Sergio Cadavid is the SVP & Treasurer at [Jabil](/org/jabil). Sergio has also previously worked at Owens Illinois, Inc. (O-I), where they served as Corporate Assistant Treasurer, Managing Director -AVIR SpA - VEME SpA, Assistant Treasurer - Dir Int'l Finance, and Finance Director - Controler -O-I Colombia. Prior to working at Owens Illinois, Inc., Mr. Cadavid was Sr Director / VP chemical operations at [JM Family Enterprises](/org/jm-family-enterprises) and a Senior -Andersen Consultant - [Accenture](/org/accenture) at Andersen Consultant - (Accenture).

Robert Katz is the EVP & General Counsel at [Jabil](/org/jabil). Robert has previously served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at [SharkNinja](/org/sharkninja-operating-llc), a member of the Board of Directors at Cordiant, the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at [Ingersoll Rand](/org/ingersoll-rand), and the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Federal-Mogul Corporation. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel - EMEA and Regional Compliance Officer - EMEA at [Delphi](/org/delphi) in Paris, France. Robert started their career as an Assistant General Counsel at [General Motors](/org/general-motors), where they supported GM's EMEA and International operations with a focus on M&A transactions, investments in Eastern Europe, and EMEA financing activities. Robert then became an Associate in the M&A and General Corporate Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.

Thomas A. Sansone is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at [Jabil](/org/jabil). Thomas has a long history with the company, having served as a developer, and then as the Academy Prep Foundation before joining the Tampa Bay Rays. Thomas eventually returned to [Jabil](/org/jabil) and has been with the company ever since.

Mark Mondello was appointed as [Jabil](/org/jabil)'s CEO in January 2013. He joined [Jabil](/org/jabil) in 1992 as a manufacturing supervisor. He was promoted to project manager in 1993, named vice president, business development in 1997, senior vice president, business development in 1999, and COO in 2002, overseeing global operations, business development, new product development, supply chain, and information technology. Prior to [Jabil](/org/jabil), Mr. Mondello was a commercial and defense-related aerospace project manager for Moog, Inc. A native of Chicago, he holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the [University of South Florida](/org/university-of-south-florida).

Frederic McCoy was named executive vice president & chief executive officer, Electronics Manufacturing Services, in July 2022. Previously he served as senior vice president, global business units, since October 2017, with responsibility for driving growth strategies from product development through manufacturing in [Jabil](/org/jabil)’s enterprise networking, print and retail solutions business sectors. During his tenure with [Jabil](/org/jabil), Mr. McCoy also has led the rapid development of strategic business units across the company’s medical diagnostics, mobile handheld devices, solar photovoltaic, retail point-of-sale, aerospace and defense as well as automotive sectors. Prior to joining [Jabil](/org/jabil), Mr. McCoy spent more than 10 years in international finance in both corporate and consulting roles. He holds a Master of Arts in international affairs and economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at [Johns Hopkins University](/org/johns-hopkins-university) and a bachelor’s of science in foreign service from [Georgetown University](/org/georgetown-university).

Steve Borges was named executive vice president & chief executive officer, Diversified Manufacturing Services, in July 2022. He previously served as executive vice president & chief executive officer, Regulated Industries, from September 2020, with additional responsibility for additive manufacturing, and as executive vice president & chief executive officer, Healthcare, from September 2016. Mr. Borges joined [Jabil](/org/jabil) in 1993 and has global experience in positions of increasing responsibility in operations, business development, manufacturing operations and supply chain management. Roberto Ferri was named Senior Vice President in 2013, and has served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer since 2020. In this role, Mr. Ferri oversees and drives global sales, strategy and marketing, developing and executing the company’s value proposition and business models. Mr. Ferri joined Jabil in 2001 as vice president, sales. During his 20-year tenure at Jabil, Mr. Ferri has held sales leadership positions growing in scope from regional European sales to global sales across multiple divisions of the company. Mr. Ferri has also worked to create a team environment that thrives when sales and marketing functions are closely aligned. With over 30 years of business management experience in both large contract manufacturing and high-end flexible automation, Mr. Ferri specializes in market analysis, strategic planning, business management, contract negotiation and international law.

Frank McKay is the SVP, Chief Supply Chain & Procurement Officer for Jabil, Inc., a global manufacturing solutions company with revenue of more than $29B. In this role, he leads an organization of approximately 1,800 employees located in the Americas, Europe, and Asia that are responsible for the company’s supply chain, procurement strategies and execution. Frank’s global team leads the development and implementation of Intelligent Supply Chain strategies focused on delivering an optimized end-to-end supply chain that delivers value to customers and enables growth. Frank has more than 25 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to his current role, he was the Chief Procurement Officer, where he led a global team focused on delivering year over year material cost objectives, robust commodity strategies and process efficiency. Frank has lived and held leadership roles in Europe, Asia and the USA over the course of his career.
