Ela Hughes

Ela Hughes is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently leading the People and Culture team at Jacada Travel since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing employee culture, recruitment, onboarding, and wellbeing. Prior to this role, Ela held the same title at Look After Group from November 2021 to March 2022 and served as Head of Culture at Frank from November 2016 to June 2021. Ela's career began at Goldsmiths' Student Union, where positions included Office Manager and Student Events Coordinator between September 2013 and October 2016. Ela holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Media from Goldsmiths, University of London, completed in 2016, and attended Haberdashers' Monmouth School for Girls from 2009 to 2013.
