Lisa Puccio

Lisa Puccio is an experienced professional in sales audit and business process management, currently holding the position of Director of Sales Audit and Business Process at Jacent since September 2018. In addition, Lisa serves as the Director of Business Application at Jacent Strategic Merchandising, a role held since March 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Five Below from April 2015 to September 2018. Lisa possesses extensive knowledge in point-of-sale (POS) systems and has led the implementation of various software rollouts, with expertise in applications such as Vertex, Island Pacific, JDA, Delta, Verifone, and Zendesk.
