Joseph Schepis

Joseph Schepis has a solid work history in the casino and sales industry. In their most recent role as the Director of Tournament Operations at JACK Entertainment, they were responsible for marketing, creating external advertisements, and managing social media accounts to increase reach. Joseph successfully executed major events, including the first-ever poker tournament in an Ohio casino with a prize pool over $1,000,000. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Shift Manager at Wynn Las Vegas and a Dual-Rate High Limit Poker Supervisor at ARIA Resort & Casino, where they focused on overseeing operations, providing exemplary service, and maintaining game integrity. Joseph also gained experience as a Poker Supervisor at Horseshoe Casino Cleveland, where they received the Rock Star Award for legendary leadership. In addition, Joseph has taken advanced sales training courses as a Presidents' Club Member at Sales Concepts, Inc. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their ability to lead, supervise, and support teams while achieving outstanding results.

Joseph Schepis completed their education at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2003 to 2008. Joseph earned a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and minors in Economics and Marketing. Before attending the university, Joseph Schepis attended Saint Ignatius High School from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph Schepis obtained a Poker Tournament Director Certification from the Tournament Directors Association in May 2013.
