Kathryn M. Hall has over 15 years of experience working in diversity and inclusion roles. Kathryn M. is currently the Corporate Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at JACK Entertainment. Kathryn M. Hall, CDP (she/her/hers) obtained their BA degree in Political Science and Sociology from Baldwin Wallace University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Kathryn M. then pursued further education at Cleveland State University, where they completed their CDP degree in Diversity Management from 1998 to 2000. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they earned their MA degree in Psychology and Diversity Management, also from Cleveland State University. In 2015, Kathryn obtained their Executive Coaching Certification from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, they have received certifications as a Certified Crucial Conversations Instructor and a Certified Diversity Professional.
