Kathryn M. Hall has over 15 years of experience working in diversity and inclusion roles. Kathryn M. is currently the Corporate Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at JACK Entertainment. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at The Essence Group LLC where they provided diversity consulting services to various clients. Kathryn M. also held the position of Manager of Diversity at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, where they served as the Chief Diversity Officer and developed initiatives for diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Kathryn has held roles at the City of Cleveland, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, The Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Urban League of Greater Cleveland, The Evergreen Cooperative Companies, Case Western Reserve University, and Cuyahoga Community College, where they specialized in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Kathryn M. Hall, CDP (she/her/hers) obtained their BA degree in Political Science and Sociology from Baldwin Wallace University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Kathryn M. then pursued further education at Cleveland State University, where they completed their CDP degree in Diversity Management from 1998 to 2000. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they earned their MA degree in Psychology and Diversity Management, also from Cleveland State University. In 2015, Kathryn obtained their Executive Coaching Certification from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, they have received certifications as a Certified Crucial Conversations Instructor and a Certified Diversity Professional.
