David Hood

David Hood is an accomplished director with extensive experience in network engineering and operations, currently serving as the Director of Network Engineering and the Director of Operations and Development for Managed Security Services at Jack Henry since September 2010. In this role, David oversees a team of 65 personnel responsible for solution development, quality assurance, business risk analysis, and security operations for over 500 financial institutions nationwide. Notable achievements include leading the successful migration of over 8,000 customer devices to a new security monitoring and alerting system. Prior to Jack Henry, David held various roles in network systems management and engineering at companies such as Pella EFCO Commercial Solutions and Southwestern Bell Communications, demonstrating a strong background in technical oversight and infrastructure design. David holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Crowder College.
